We do not believe that it is possible to fulfill this type of contract without dedicated labor, included in the technical staff of MVA – Grupo Araujo Engenharia, who necessarily know and follow the company’s procedures and principles, in addition to what is necessary to keep teams properly integrated and available for immediate service.
Meeting the challenges and innovations requires large and continuous investments, whether in material resources, such as equipment, accessories, physical structure, laboratories and software, as well as human resources such as training, qualification and management systems.
At the beginning of our first contract, we had 15 employees, installed in a 160 m2 building.
Today, to meet corporate contracts like this one, Grupo Araujo Engenharia has 220 employees, installed in an area of 1300m² at our headquarters, in addition to other bases installed in Brazil (South, Southeast and Northeast) and in the United States.
