ENGINEERING
Engineering precedes inspection and is responsible for meeting customer needs.
We operate in the areas of mechanical engineering and materials, which is present in all our services, which can be “minimum” in the execution of a NDT, to the “maximum” in services of suitability for use that involve activities of engineering in the field, namely: inspections, non-destructive tests, calculations and stress analysis, in addition to services performed at our headquarters.
In the final stage, we interpret and analyze the results, perform the calculations, projects and alterations and repairs, issue reports, reports and technical opinions.

The results are interpreted by engineering, which performs the necessary analyses, calculations and Repair Projects to guarantee a minimum physical state for the equipment for safe operation. Reports and Inspection Programs are issued and managed by the CVR-RBI software, developed in-house.

In this area, one of the most important activities important is the “Failure Analysis”, which consists of raising a series of data in documents, inspections and non-destructive tests in the field, metallographic, mechanical and chemical analyzes in the laboratory to determine the root causes of failures, and consequently determine ways to prevent recurrence of the problem; guide inspection methods and non-destructive tests capable of detecting damage that is still incipient, and guide on the possibilities of maintenance of the equipment or component.
